This event is always a popular night out – we invite you to settle in, enjoy the music, sip the night away and simply relax.

Slow Roasted Pork Belly glazed in honey, Flying Chillies Sambal and chilli oil, spring onion, kewpie mayo, hoisin sauce and three cheese blend of cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan
THE RICK REUBEN
Salt Kitchen Wagyu Pastrami, sauerkraut, Russian dressing, gherkin relish, dill pickles, Swiss Cheese and American Cheddar
THE ITALIAN STALLION
Salami, sundried tomatoes, kalamata olives, basil pesto, spinach and buffalo mozzarella
THE SUPER TROOPER (V)
Maple syrup spiced roast pumpkin, maple and toffee club cheddar cheese, rocket and Meredith Goats Cheese

All on 1816 White Sourdough Bread, finished with a sprinkle of The 5th Season Australian Inland Salt and served with a side of pretzels
