Tim’s Toasties – Sunday October 23rd

Join us on Friday October 28th for a night of quality wine, gourmet toasties, sweet treats AND live music by Ballarat musicians Pink Moon.

This event is always a popular night out – we invite you to settle in, enjoy the music, sip the night away and simply relax.

There is one session only – 5pm until late! Bookings are essential and must close Sunday October 23rd.

Roast chicken, mayonnaise, creme fraiche, dried apples, walnuts, raisins, celery, chives, tarragon and vintage cheddar

THE HOT CHILLI WOMAN
Slow Roasted Pork Belly glazed in honey, Flying Chillies Sambal and chilli oil, spring onion, kewpie mayo, hoisin sauce and three cheese blend of cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan

THE RICK REUBEN
Salt Kitchen Wagyu Pastrami, sauerkraut, Russian dressing, gherkin relish, dill pickles, Swiss Cheese and American Cheddar

THE ITALIAN STALLION
Salami, sundried tomatoes, kalamata olives, basil pesto, spinach and buffalo mozzarella

THE SUPER TROOPER (V)
Maple syrup spiced roast pumpkin, maple and toffee club cheddar cheese, rocket and Meredith Goats Cheese

THE TO PARIS WITH LOVE (V)
Brie, vintage cheddar, Meredith Dairy Goats Chèvre and Tim’s Onion jam

All on 1816 White Sourdough Bread, finished with a sprinkle of The 5th Season Australian Inland Salt and served with a side of pretzels
